Hawkeye is a really smart puppy and is pretty calm, gentle, and very well-mannered. His mom was a German Shepherd and dad a Black Lab. Hawkeye loves to play fetch and chew on his toys. He is good with other dogs and kids too. He has only been outside, but has adapted very well to being in our shelter. He would make a great family pet or companion for any dog lover! Hawkeye will probably be about 50-55 pounds full grown.
**Hawkeye was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. He will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. He will be crate trained, learn manners, and he will learn lots of tricks as well! Hawkeye will be looking for a forever home before he graduates in early October, so if you are interested in meeting him, please contact us!
